Refund policy

At OAH, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, bundles, and hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We may accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Lace must not be cut, tinted, or altered in any way
  • Hair must not be brushed, combed, or styled
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Your order number

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., texture, color perception, or length expectations)
  • Custom or made-to-order units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
